1'618 was not created to define you.
It was created to remind you that you already are.
The name 1'618 comes from the Golden Ratio, the mathematical proportion that appears throughout nature and is often associated with harmony and balance. It is famously illustrated in Vitruvian Man by Leonardo da Vinci, a study of human proportions that reflects the idea that the human body itself is already designed with perfect balance.
That idea is the foundation of our brand.
For decades, fashion has told people that brands define identity.
We believe the opposite.
You are already complete.
You are already balanced.
You are already 1'618.
Our role is not to define you, but to create products that simply accompany who you already are.
The brand does not make the person.
The person gives meaning to the brand.
So wear what you like.
Use what helps you.
But always remember:
Identify with yourself.

BORN IN 2050
It’s 2050.
World population reached 9,8 billion.
A climate change worst case scenario has come to pass.
The air is polluted, making you cough. You have to check the air quality before even opening a window. When you do go outside, your eyes water and you have to wear a mask — on bad days, a high tech mask, that is if you can afford it. In public restrooms, you have to pay to use water.
There is more plastic in the World oceans than fish.
Wars for food and water, racism, gender inequality, rapidly changing the World. People feel bottomless despair and resent previous generations for their lack of action.
This is not a dystopian fantasy.
It is a warning.
The future is not something we wait for.
It is something we choose.

Responsibility in What We Make
Sustainability is not a marketing layer for us.
It is part of our foundation.
Most of our clothing is produced using organic cotton and recycled polyester, and we work with partners who operate under fair trade conditions.
We believe products should be made in a way that respects:
• the people who produce them
• the resources used to create them
• the planet we all depend on
Because if we want a better 2050, the decisions have to start now.
Technology with Purpose
Alongside clothing, we also develop tech accessories, including payment-enabled wearables.
These products support the shift toward digital and more sustainable financial systems, reducing dependence on physical materials while integrating technology into everyday life in a simple, human way.
Technology should not distance us from the world.
It should help us interact with it more responsibly.
